Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our Customer Support at support@regaliarenaissance.co.uk with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@regaliarenaissance.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and a brief description of the issue to support@regaliarenaissance.co.uk, and we’ll work swiftly to resolve the problem.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
